Warranty

baggallini offers a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on all merchandise from the date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the bags. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by airlines or other carriers. A manufacturing defect may include: - Stitching issues - Broken zippers or hardware - Logo placement issues - Removable straps issues If the defect to the product is covered under this warranty, baggallini will replace the product, if it is available in stock. If we no longer carry the product, we can substitute for a similar item.
